There are many resources available to coaches to help them select age appropriate drills for practices and develop practice plans. We've provided links to many of those resources below.  It's important to put your practice plan together before going to the rink to maximize ice time and keep players active.

Braintree Youth Hockey also offers a "Guest Coach" program to coaches at all levels.  We are fortunate to have many coaches that have years of both youth hockey and high school hockey coaching experience.  The Guest Coach program allows you to tap into the experience of these veteran coaches to get help with drills, creating practice plans and even attend a practice with you to run drills.  To take advantage of this program please reach out to , our ACE Coordinator.
